Alabama Contracts to Buy Termination Options
Helping a friend with her contract. Is it common not to have a termination period for which the buyer can terminate with out cause? For example in Texas our contracts include an option to terminate usually set at 7-10 days and usually a minor concession like $100 is given for the option to terminate. Is this common for Alabama contracts? The contract she sign only allows for termination after an inspection and agreement can't be met based on repairs needed.
