Hi everyone - my name is Loran! I’m in my mid twenties looking to enter the arena. I’ve been doing the research and saving for the last several years. I have some connections in Houston, as that is where I’m originally from, but I do not see myself leaving the beautiful state of AZ anytime soon so I want to make connections more familiar with this market. Im leaning towards a buy and hold strategy but am open to alternative perspectives. I’m a total newbie and appreciate any guidance, advice, or support offered.
