New member to Arizona
My wife and I are looking to expand our current residual income with buy and hold deals. We are also looking to do some flips. We have a strong tax background and I have real estate experience. I was licensed broker in California, but have been inactive for several years. Currently working on establishing our legal and construction team. Anyone know of a good GC in Phoenix?
