Opportunity Zones: Are there special investors out there?
I've come across two markets that I'm interested in investing in that happen to be in opportunity zones. There are properties that I could relatively easily buy up, fix up, and either flip or rent out. I have the team and boots-on-the-ground to make it work. However, I don't personally have capital gains that I'm seeking to shelter. Perhaps in a few years I will, but not now. Question: Are there lending groups that have figured out a way to take full advantage of opportunity zones by providing capital to fund projects like the ones I'm looking at?
