Owner Financing?
Hi everyone, Ive recently had the option to purchase 2 homes for a mere $4,500.00. You can probably tell by the price, they need work. A seasoned investor suggested to me to up the asking price, and offer owner financing (as a handyman special). If anyone could explain an avenue I could go without taking title here I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
