Syndicates Investing in Nevada?
Are there are syndicates in the Sac area that are investing in the Reno / Tahoe Area?

Not necessarily focused on Sacramento. I'm with a new brokerage that focuses only on investors and investment properties by doing full market analysis for SMF and SFH. I'd like to link with someone and learn more information about what syndicates are looking for with the lending situation as it is now. If you're open to that send me a PM.

Depends on the type of syndication. For example we have zero leverage in our fund, so the current interest rate environment has little impact on us compared to other asset classes.
