    I'm not in NYC, but I'm interested in this strategy and have been working with a Franchise to get started. I went through the due diligence process and received their Franchise Disclosure Document, but got stunted when finances came up. I'll be following and can keep you posted as well on my journey in case anything can translate over for you @Alex Lee.
