So I'm 19 years old I've looked at many different strategy's and figured the brrr was the one for me. I'm wanting to do the Brandon turners Brrr strategy to make a 100,000 a year. I just have a couple questions.
1. How would someone my age be able to fund a fixer upper for around $75,000 plus around another 30,000 for rehab?
2. Will my age make it hard to get started in real estate investing?
welcome @Jacob Ogrady
Yes, you can use private money to fund the purchase and rehab costs. You can try using HML if you have experience with rehabbing. Credit scores are more important than age I supposed.
Make sure you get educated first. Listen to the podcasts especially the most recent one with Chris Heeren. He started with $10K and has 52 units in 3 years.
By the way, hate to bust your bubble but it's not easy to implement the BRRRR. But with the right attitude, motivation and lots of hard work, you can do it. Just prepare to hustle!
