Greetings Charleston members and investors!
I've been investing in RE for approximately 10 years. Having been involved in 15-20 transactions, I currently own properties in SC and PA. I have done everything from mobile homes to a small MHP.
Most recently, I am expanding my role in the industry. I am looking to offer insightful consultation on optimizing performance of real estate assets and projects. This boutique service focuses on everything ranging from reducing property costs, to helping landlords best achieve high profits.
I am curious to see if there is a need locally in our market for this innovative service. Please comment with any feedback that may be helpful.
@Dave Rav , the organization Counselors of Real Estate, a commercial affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, is comprised of members that offer impartial advise on all matters of real estate. The key is that the CRE designation holding members are compensated on a fee basis, not on the basis of earning a buy/sell commission. I believe this is a fit for the services you are contemplating providing.
Thank you for the information. I wasn't aware of the CRE designation and I will look be researching this. Does one also need to be a realtor to be a CRE?
