I just recently spoke with a owner that is open to owner financing in VA. This is my first time and I was wondering if anyone is willing to share their purchasing contract and any calculators they use to calculate interest and payments. I want to provide the owner with a down payment next week and then provide her with a few payment plan options. I am definitely open to advice and any help with this. Always have an attorney draft up the loan documents. For payments google mortgage amortization table and from there you can calculate payment and terms etc
