Solicit online to Sell Hard Money Loan Notes
I make hard money loans to small multi-family developers. I wonder if I could set up a web site online and sell partial notes to other investors. Would it require securities registration or license? Do any members have experiences selling mortgage notes they are holding in a online store style, where investors can pick from a selection of rate, property type, holding period etc.?
