DC parking spot ideas
Got a parking pad that can fit three cars but only need 2 for the tenants. It's a corner lot with easy access down in Kingman Park area. Wanted to come here and see if anyone has any success with renting out extra parking spots or leasing to like a Zipcar or something? Any experience or other ideas with what to do with the space would be appreciated.
