Multi-family new construction or buy one
Ive recently acquired a double wide on a 1 acre piece of land. Its paid off and i jave a few ideas on how to leverage it too either buy or build. Would it be better to build a small multi family house and aftwr built move into the multi-family home and house hack and at the same time try to sell the double wide and then build another multi family house where the doible wide is located.
Or would it be better to just live in the double wide and house hack and leverage the house to buy a SFH or MFH and rehab and rent of i can find either for a reasonble price?
