SFR number for Pulaski County, March 21 - May 23
Pulaski County single family residential sales for the week of May 17-23 held fairly steady. Sales volume was down 56% from 2019, but houses are still selling at a median of 97.3% of list price. Inventory moved even lower to 1.0 months. There was a spike in median days on market from 11 to 38.5. It's worth watching, but low sample sizes make spikes like this fairly normal, and the other metrics held fairly steady.
