Who are you using for insurance on your rental properties?

@Damon Cluck I use Nationwide. I am not sure if the rates are the same in your area but I was able to get a discount on my investment properties when I added my auto insurance. I would call and check what discounts they have to offer! Sometimes they add protections you don’t need in an investment property. You can always ask to remove items and get a lower quote. Good luck!

I use NREIG for small Multifamily and a broker for large.
They are also good for houses.

I am using Farmers for my three investment properties, with an umbrella policy for liability.

Damon,
I would suggest also contacting Independent Agents (those represent Multiple companies) in the state where the property is located.
In our area (Metro NY area & New England) there are many regional companies that are very competitive (both price & coverage) for the 1-4 family rentals.
