I'm about to get under contract on a 50+ unit complex in Ft Smith, AR (also tagging Fort Smith, Arkansas for keyword purposes, and not sure if it pulls from the title) and would like recommendations for a local real estate attorney to use.

Congrats @Simcha Davidman . I’m from Ft Smith and own a 55 unit complex there as well. I use Trinity Property Management Company for my PM. They recommended John Alford in Ft Smith.   

Thanks @Mike Vann . Did you use Mr. Alford (or someone else)? How was the experience?

I didn’t use an attorney for my transaction. I reviewed all the contracts myself. I was considering him on another transaction but didn’t we didn’t go through with it. I spoke w/ him and would most likely use him if I needed an attorney there. 

Listen to Mike Vann he really knows what he is doing and he is right about John Alford plus he has done deals in the past he is not an attorney who has just talked about them
