Multifamily in Fayetteville for new Investor
I have a single family rental and looking to get into a multifamily. It is affordable and meets the 1% rule with room for renovations to improve value and I can do much of the work myself. I just don't know the area very well as I am in the Raleigh market. I understand things dont appreciate nearly as well (or at all??) in Fayetteville. Its on the east side of Fayetteville not far off 401. Anyone have experience with multifamily in Fayetteville that could lend their knowledge/experience?
