Wholesaling / Flipping in Los Angeles
Hello, My name is Shayla and about two weeks ago I began getting into wholesaling. Within those two weeks I have sent quite a few letters and have been getting responses. I feel like now is a good time to start creating a buyers list. Where might I find cash buyers looking for potential deals in the future besides just clubs? Also, could anyone give me good advice as far as areas to search for multi-family units around Los Angeles? Any advice that will help would be much appreciated as well. Thank you.
