Managing a Rental with Room Mates
I have interested applicants looking to rent my place together. They are co-workers and assured me that they get along and will not have any troubles living together. What is the best way to draft the rental agreement, so they can be independently responsible for the unit and their rent? Does anyone recommend adding specific language in the agreement based on good or bad experiences? I couldn't locate a specific rental agreement that addresses this scenario but would be super grateful for any insight you might have. Thank you in advance.
