Does anyone have opinions about the real estate market in Cerritos? I am a prospective real estate agent in the area trying to get a handle on how the market is for that area. What also do you recommend for a real estate agent/ investor to begin his career? Asking for a friend! Your perspective is greatly appreciated. Thank you
