Hi all! I've just relocated to LA from Amsterdam where I have 3 years of experience running my own property management company. I'm considering opening up a property management company here in LA and am curious as to where I could provide the most value to investors and property owners.
I would love to hear how much your PM is charging and the scope of the services included in that price. What's the biggest point of improvement?
Would you work with a management company that is priced significantly cheaper?
