Need help with rehab cost for property in La Jolla
I’m working with an elderly seller in La Jolla that will likely be facing a short sale unless we can improve the condition of his property before resale.
The property currently has a reverse mortgage of 1,164,000. The ARV is 1.4 million. 1.2 As-Is. Rehab costs are in the range of 30-50k. Plenty of upside potential.
