Homeowners Insurance for STR?

Just looking for info/tips on how investors are insuring homes in Florida who do STR/AirBnb/VRBO if you are holding a mortgage?

This question is also a great one for the STR forum, as you might get more specific answers there. Insurance is expensive, no doubt. Florida, doubly so.

I use commercial policies because we are operating a business from the properties.  I have used Obie on one of my houses, and Proper for the others.   Additionally, I have an umbrella insurance policy.
