How to show thanks...?
When we have customers and clients go out of their way to provide us value, we like to show our gratitude in a variety of ways. We tend to always send a 'Thank You' card along with a small gift card to Target or Starbucks. My partner and I had a discussion as to which one would be preferred when I brought it up that not everyone frequents those places. I had offered a suggestion on a 'Visa' gift card due to its flexibility in spending locations, but I still feel like there is no 'character and personality' in that gift.
What are some your suggestions or gifts of thanks that you have given or done in the past with some of your clients and customers?
