Top 5 Turnkey operators
Interested in turnkey rentals, but only want to deal with companies who are local to the properties they reno and manage. I'm not picky about the location, as long as I'm getting 10%+ CoC or high appreciation.
Who are the most trusted turnkey providers on this site? I know REI and Spartan have good reputations. But I've also seen a number of people on here with vacant properties for 6+ months with Spartan, which is surprising.
Anyway, would appreciate recommendations.
