Motivated...hard to sleep!
I am so motivated right now that I cant sleep but I cant think what I can be doing right now towards real estate. I feel I'm so close to getting my first deal. I'm just ready to feel the actual excitement of receiving my part, no matter how much it is. I'm just ready to quit my 8-5 and jump into real estate full time, but I'm not going to do that until I at least have my first deal(depending on how much I make :wink: ). I'm a fast learner and I know that once I actually do my first deal, then I'm going to be on a roll, I'm a hands-on type person.
What are some of the things you all usually do late night, if anything at all, or just go to sleep?
