My family owns a property in Visalia, CA and I was wondering if those around could provide me a bit of help. The property is a very nice SFR in a B+ neighborhood. We're looking at renting the place out. I wanted to know whether anyone has successfully done corporate housing in the area or airbnb. The place is completely furnished and we would rather leave the furniture in for someone to use and enjoy. Are there any local property managers that specialize in these areas. I am from Virginia and actually live about 20 minutes south of Visalia.  I can contact a few property managers and see if they do AirBNB or corporate housing.
