I’m a new investor in Fresno (purchased two properties this year) and would love to meet some local investors and people in the area. Anyone else interested in meeting up in the new year?

count me in! I'm a new investor in Fresno with 2 units.

Would be interested as well, we've bought a couple properties as well, currently saving capital. Not sure if it would be me or my husband, we have two kids lol. But we would love to meet other investors if the schedule permits. Jeff is actually our agent and helped us a lot with his knowledge of Fresno real estate investing. 

There is a few investor meetups in town. I typically go to the one at Iron Key Real Estate.

The events are posted the meetup. The group is Central California Real Estate Investing Group. The meetups are usually the first Monday of each month.

There are often guest speakers and opportunities to network with local agents, investors, contractors, property managers and attorneys. 

Similarly interested! Live in the bay now, but from Modesto and did college in Fresno, looking to invest in the future.
