Sacramento Surveyor around Curtis Park

Had a question: know anyone who is a land surveyor in Sacramento, CA?
We purchased a property with the traditional model before we really understood BRRR. Anyways, there is a property line dispute with the neighbor who is claiming 3ft into our fence. We got a few surveyor quotes which have ranged from 5k-11k!! Quite the range for the same work, (deed and map review, setting monuments, recording for the county) . Also, their rates seemed quite high, $250 an hour?
Curious if anyone could share some insight into the cost and if anyone wants to beat that price, we’re looking to buy!
