I plan to owner-occupy a single-family property and use the rent by the room strategy to rent out each bedroom. For anyone using this strategy in Long Beach, how is your experience?
I am also having trouble finding the correct resources that specify the legality of this method considering having multiple non-related individuals in a single unit.
