Is it possible to get an investment loan for mix-used blvd?

Hi,

I am looking to buy the mix-used triplex in Oakland, one 3 bed 1 bath, one 1 bed 1 bath, and an office. My broker said it needs an owner-occupied or a business occupied to get a loan. Any advice for the alternatives?
