Moving back into a month to month Rental in Oakland
Hello Bigger pockets! I have a a situation on my hands that I do not have any experience in & looking for sound advice from the amazing BP community. I have a rental property that Is currently leased on a month to month basis that I used to live in but have since moved out. There is going to be some changes in my living conditions and I wanted to move back into the property the is currently leased. Knowing that Oakland has very strict housing laws I am wondering what my options are before I consult an attorney so I can have a better understanding of the situation. Any advice is much appreciated!
