I have a seller looking to sell an entitled 190+ unit multifamily parcel. I'm trying to add up the costs of development. I'm wondering if anyone knows what city fees, permits, and taxes (school, water, fire) will be applied to the development. Anyone have experience working with the City of Stockton? Can anyone refer any multi-family developers that work that area.
I would ask the seller for the plans and stop by the planning depot and and visit the building depot and have them give you an estimate.
They can give you resources to the city fee schedule you might be able to find it on the website.
