Have you ever dealt with eminent domain?
There is a drainage project going on in my neighborhood and many homes will be taken under eminent domain. What are some strategies my neighbors can use if their properties do get taken by the city. Can I help them make a comp book to give to the city to make their case?
For me personally, are there any moral strategies that one can employ to use something like this to my advantage?
The project is a green space/water reclamation area that may have a walking path and park.
