Denver market, new investor
Hi everyone, I am relatively new to Bigger Pockets and am a new investor. I have already learned a lot of information from reading forums and I see that they can be very helpful. Like I said, I am young and a new investor in the Denver Metro area. I am very anxious to buy my first rental property, but there's so much information out there about where the direction of the Denver housing market is headed. I have been practicing analyzing properties and deals for several months now (condo and townhome), and have made a couple offers to no avail. I am wondering what everyone's opinions are on the direction of the market and if you have any advice/wisdom to pass on to me as a young, new investor. Thanks in advance!
