Licensed General Contractor in Denver needed
Adding a small bathroom and wet bar to a duplex basement in Cap Hill neighborhood. The duplex is 1906 and in very good condition.. The project will require an ejector pump or Grinder pump. It will be an Airbnb or guest space when finished. Anyone have a good GC to recommend? Thanks a bunch!
