Attorney will take case in coloraso western slope
A couple of things i will need to do. I will need to setup a LLC and transfer a new construction from my name to the LLC once it's completed. The other ones is that since i hired incompetent PM, i will need to talk to the attorney see if there is anything i might missing before remitting the last payment to him. Once i paid, he will just take off, and we probably never talk to each other again. A friend of mine told me her attorney, however there was conflict of interest. I prefer lawyer willing to take on case in Colorado western slope, in case there is going to be a lawsuit. Fighting with my PM has been a full time job, i just want this nightmare end ASAP.
