Hi Team, 

I would appreciate some local feedback regarding the  32206 Urban Core & Springfield area and 32211- Greater Area & Woodland Acres? 

Are these up and coming or High Crime low income areas?

06 has the Hospital in it and 11 has the university in it... both good things.
