We are considering providing equity as part of a development team building mixed-use infill projects in South Miami Beach. Really looking for knowledge and informed opinions on pre-COVID and post-COVID trends in South Miami beach within 2-3 blocks of ocean (retail, office, living, STR, LTR, etc.) Also, any knowledge of Class A and/or Class B (rehab) building costs in this area - general measures of PSF for commercial. Biggest risks? Do you consider this area very risk-mitigated for developers or risky? Thanks!
