I love hearing about all the book recommendations on the podcasts and I'm constantly looking for more information as I am sure the rest of you are as well.
That being said, I personally do not feel like buying hundreds of books to keep up with the ever growing list of books that real estate investors should own.
Would any of you be up for starting a book swap once a month or something to that effect?
Please don't hesitate to reach out or give feedback on the idea.
May I suggest a different approach to your idea. How about everyone provides their recommendation on books, blogs and podcasts and related material and then we use our local libraries and the net to procure them.
I recently read Flipping houses for dummies by Ralph Roberts and liked it very much. He writes about all aspects to take in consideration.
