Anyone looking towards the usf area as a hot spot?
I like the area. Though, as the article says, there are "pockets of poverty" sprinkled in, and I don't see this "innovation district" changing the fundamental market dynamics.
I've read a lot about the city investing in this area (not sure exactly what this means), but the area still has the same demographics. I like the student rental concept, but am weary of the geography of the area. Am I completely out of date in this thinking? Are there some good neighborhoods for SFH in this area?
