Looking to get into Tampa!
I am a military member who was supposed to PCS to DC, however that is likely changing and I will be heading overseas now. That being said, I will likely be retiring in Tampa and have been wanting to get a couple houses down there for a while now. Jumping on something before I take off seems to be a good plan to me! I have family in Tampa who own a couple properties and a buddy of mine is a painter who says he knows a couple good contractors so I have a small network already in place. Now it is time to start looking into places to invest.
I am open to multi and single family homes but I am not really too interested in getting into extremely low cost areas as being a geographically separated owner may add more to the stressors of that type of property.
If anyone has any advice for me I would love to hear it and if anyone needs a good painter let me know! Thanks everyone.
