Looking for VA loan & other REI guidance from fellow veterans
Recently separated from the military and relocated to Tampa. Wondering if there are any fellow veterans out there with experience in real estate that wouldn't mind sharing some insight and advice on how they went from the soldier to successful (or unsuccessful) civilian real estate investor, leveraged their VA loan, house hacked, etc. As I embark on civilian life and get into this game I could really use a little mentor-ship and would appreciate it greatly too.
