Looking for a local mentor
Hi Tampa local investors,
My name is Lin Ding. I'm fairly new to BP. I found this amazing community through the BP podcast show. All investors on the show have been awesome and out there kicking asses. I got tons of motivations from that. I'm also a newbie to REI. I have taken some Real Estate investing classes, listening to podcast everyday, read books and articles, talking to agents, attending local REIA events. I learned a lot what I didn't know before, but still not enough. I'm looking for my first deal and prepare to learn tons more from real actions. However, I realized the importance to have a local mentor to help me better understand my market and have a hands-on experience. So here I am posting this chat and hoping I can connect with Tampa local investors and if lucky be mentored by a local. I promise I'm very easy-going, very teachable and motivated to execute.
