Multi-family / Zoning around Tampa, Fl
My wife and I are in the process of building a Tiny House and would like to house hack with it. We are very new to investing and would love whatever information anyone may have on the topic.
My plan as of now would be to buy house or duplex to rent out and then keep the tiny house on the property to live in. I'm not sure about zoning laws or what we would need to buy in order to get that done, so any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!
