How would I entice a top producing agent to mentor me ??
Hello, I am transitioning out of the military and getting into real estate but I wanted to figure out:
- How would I entice a top producing agent to mentor me for 6 months? I would like to offer them a portion of my commission during the time of mentor-ship but is this customary? Or unheard of?
I would expect to be side-by-side with them, learning the "in's and out's" of their routine.
The good news is that I have been a huge top producer in sales all of my life. Just in different industries, therefore I would consider myself rather teachable...
