Looking for agents catering to investors in Tampa
I'm looking for my next investment property in the Tampa area. I have a couple investment properties in other states but this will be my first in Florida. I'm testing the water with something small, maybe around 100-150k. I'm not familiar with the area at all so I'd like to work with an agent who is familiar with the neighborhoods and rental market. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable (not someone who's just going to set up an auto search). I am out of state so I need an agent who can work with me over the phone/email. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or suggestions. Thank you all in advance~
