Trust or LLC for rental?
Hey everyone, just curious if you personally are holding rentals in a trust or llc? Also, have you hired a trustee or are you doing it yourself? I'm joint venturing with a partner and we're putting in a land trust and each of our beneficial interest is in an llc but just thought I'd see what everyone else is doing...
