Buy and hold in Ybor?
Newbie here. Drove around VM Ybor last week, definitely still a rough neighborhood. What do you guys think about buying and holding in that area? I did see a homeless food bank that can is still an issue since the homeless people loiter in the area after their meals. Please let me know what you guys think? Btw I’m from Naples, FL so local insight would be appreciated.
