Hello fellow investors and colleagues,

I'm interested in broadening my geographic area and starting to invest primarily in pre-foreclosures and potentially short-sales in the greater west Florida area (e.g. Tampa bay, Fort-Meyers, Saint-Petersbourg, etc).

As such, and given that I'm not from the area, it is critical for my success to establish trustworthy professional relationships with 'locals' that are very familiar with the area. Of particular interest to me is local, investor friendly real state agents with access to the pre-foreclosure, short-sales and the likes listing off the MLS since this would be my main focus for the time being.

I'll provide more details about the investment strategy when contacted.
